running again

Husband had problem with his lutut. He was an active sportsman back then. He had a problem when he want to perform his solat. Before this, he only could stand 1 rakaat to solat berdiri and solat duduk for the rest. He also can't walk for long distance and can't really enjoy his badminton game.

It was soo painful and it was not tolerable anymore. I usually help him out with urut2 his knee every night before sleep. I am officially USANA dealer and user. I’ve been doing some research (cewahh…bunyi mcm gempak je) and last night i decided to join usana. Not under any influence, i’ve decided to join it for my own consumption. But still, if i can make a good business from this consider it is a bonus for me.
I’ve decided to change my lifestyle as for now i will melantak anything and everything that served in front of me. That’s excluded the one yg i order ikut nafsu la. It is totally unhealthy diet and at the end of day i will keep mumbling myself about the extra kilos.
After few email and chatting with mrs imran then i’m now officially USANA dealer and user. I will share about the products once i get to try it.

i've been thinking lately about changing back to blogspot. i think wordpress is not really user friendly since it is hard to play around with the features.
